Property Management
The commitment to our clients does not stop once a sales transaction is completed. Desert Home Property Management division was established in order to provide landlords a complete “peace of mind” service. The comprehensive property management solutions we offer range from managing entire communities, such as the 360 apartments and facilities at Marina View Towers, to looking after investments of individual property owners. Our activities extend to all other types of properties, including villas, motels, residential and commercial buildings, medical centers, nurseries and schools.
Our planned approach takes into account management input that embodies strategic, tactical and operational dimensions. Our property management services include full operational solutions for utilities, maintenance of common areas, security, housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, and personnel support services such as valet parking, concierge services, 24-hour help desks, and cleaning and laundry services. Desert Home Property Management can also provide strategic and operational space planning and furniture reconfigurations in order to maximize the efficient use of space and resources.
